This ambitious project took place at Zeus Numerix Pvt Ltd, a prestigious company renowned for its cutting-edge research and development work, specializing in the development of state-of- the-art CFD software, directed by Prof. Gopal. Shevare (IIT Bombay). Beyond the M.Tech Final project work, i also worked as a CFD Design Engineer and expertly designed and analyzed a variety of engineering equipment using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) techniques. With a mastery of various CFD & CAD software tools, I diligently pursued the convergence of mass, momentum, and energy equations, culminating in a remarkable and precise solution. Amidst this enriching experience, I had the privilege of contributing to diverse projects, one of which involved collaborating with DRDO, Government of India. In this collaboration, I spearheaded the generation of an unprecedented 4.25 Billion-point 3D solid and meshed model of a generic missile, boasting an impressive file size of 96 GB. Pushing the boundaries of possibilities, this complex multi- block structured grid model was simulated using high- performance parallel computing on the PARAM Yuva Super Computer Lab of CDAC, Pune.
